We are looking for a Mobile Developer to strengthen our Mobile Team. You won't be working alone — you will join a dedicated team of developers and designers building the daily tool for thousands of construction professionals.

Your Role

You will be a key player in our Mobile team, contributing to architectural decisions and feature development. We believe in teamwork: you will collaborate closely with other mobile developers, our Product Designer, and the Backend team to solve complex technical challenges.

• Collaborative Development: Develop our mobile application using React Native together with the team. You participate in code reviews, architectural discussions, and help maintain high code quality across the squad.

• Heavy Data & Offline-First: The construction environment is unique. Together with the team, you solve challenges related to local storage and syncing large datasets (gigabytes of blueprints/photos). The app must work flawlessly offline.

• Quality & Automation: You help the team rely on automation. You contribute to our CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Fastlane, Bitrise) and ensure our test coverage (Unit, Integration, E2E) stays on a high level.

• Device Integration: You leverage the full potential of mobile hardware (Camera, GPS, Sensors, Bluetooth) to create smooth user experiences.

• API Integration: You collaborate with the backend team to define REST APIs that support heavy data loads efficiently.
  

Experience & Skills

Must-have:

• Several years of professional mobile development experience, with a focus on React Native.

• Strong command of Modern JavaScript (ES6+) and TypeScript.

• Experience with state management libraries (e.g., Redux, Context API, Jotai, or similar).

• Solid experience with REST APIs and understanding of backend communication.

• Team-oriented mindset: You enjoy sharing knowledge, planning features together, and helping others succeed.

• Proficiency in English.

Should-have:

• Offline-first architecture: Experience with offline storage and data synchronization strategies (critical for field work). We use Couchbase Lite, so experience with it (or similar embedded mobile databases) is highly valued.

• Testing expertise: Experience with testing mobile applications (Jest, React Native Testing Library).

• Knowledge of mobile hardware capabilities and native APIs (Camera, GPS, Sensors, Bluetooth).

• Familiarity with native mobile code (Swift/Kotlin/Java) to debug native modules when necessary.

Nice-to-have:

• Experience with mobile E2E testing (Appium, WebDriverIO, or similar).

• Experience publishing apps to App Store and Google Play.

• Eye for UI/UX details.

• Experience in the construction industry.
