We work in the consultative B2B sales world where rarely we get deals closed by just one phone call. It's about building relationships and being knowledgable about our products & the industry we work in. A background in the construction or the electro field could help but it's not the only way how to be successful here. We are a team that supports and helps each other - even if we technically work in product focused sales teams we still come together to figure out how we could  boost up everyone. 

Our marketing team is heavily involved with our customer-facing teams as well as the customer front - and work days are always different from each other. Responsibilities are currently mainly divided by product but everyone has special skills that can be utilised inside whole Finland - and sometimes also the whole group.
